Our 200 hour Kundalini Yoga TTC is the ideal starting point for those wishing to explore this special force. Aspiring teachers are brought into contact with this cosmic energy and learn how to clear blockages. It is important to respect the code of conduct laid out in the yogic texts, as unrealistic goals cannot be reached without doing so. During the course participants will be shown guidelines by their instructor, and practice breathing control when they have free time. The objectives of the course are intense and need to be strictly adhered to; progress takes time and should not be expected after it has been completed. Kundalini power is a type of Shakti, or life force, that is located at the base of the spine. When this power is awakened, it can rise up through the chakras and create a state of blissful enlightenment. Kundalini is often symbolized by a snake coiled at the base of the spine, and when it is awakened, it is said to travel up the spine like a serpent. There are many methods of awakening kundalini power, including meditation, yoga, and breathwork. Once awakened, kundalini power can be used to heal physical and emotional wounds, connect with higher states of consciousness, and experience profound bliss.
