500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training During eight weeks, the 500-hour yoga TTC combines the 200-hour (level 1) and 300-hour (level 2) yoga TTCs. You will gain comprehensive knowledge of teaching methodology and techniques, yoga philosophy, pranayama and bandhas, anatomy and physiology, yoga philosophy, and modifications of yoga asanas during this course. The 500-hour Yoga teacher training is divided into two levels: 200 hours and 300 hours. During the first level (200-hour training), you will learn 84 + Classical Hatha Yoga Asanas, of which 20 asanas will be studied in detail. From Jollygrant airport (Dehradun), you can easily reach the ashram by taxi from Jollygrant airport (Dehradun). RYS issues a completion certification to all yoga teachers who have completed a specific yoga teacher training course, such as 200 Hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, or 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh.
