Course Overview: Shiva Tattva Yoga School offers 2 Weeks Beginners Yoga Teachers Training course in Rishikesh India in the heart of World Capital of Yoga. Our 2 weeks Yoga TTC program is based on beginner level certified yoga teachers training course where various layer of meditation and pranayama along with introductory level of all styles of asana and body cleansing will be unfolded at our serene valley of the foothills of Himalaya.
Our 2 weeks Yoga TTC program is programmed in such a way that the participants mind and body cleansing followed by meditation practice of multi style Asana like hatha, kundalini, astanaga - Vinyasa,Iyenger style, Pranayama, Manta chanting, Kriyas along with our ongoing certified yoga teachers training students. This course can be gateway to understand the course structure of professional yoga teacher training of 200 hour TTC course which we conduct with affiliation of Yoga Alliance®. During this two week journey there will mind and body detoxification topping up with two traditional Ayurvedic massages, deep relaxation sessions while discovering the benefits of yoga and meditation. Explore the warm hospitality of Rishikesh at Shiva Tattva Yoga in the lap of mystic valley of Himalaya at our cosy accommodation with delicious sattvik / vegetarian meal and day excursion on free days.
Mantra yoga is a type of yoga that uses mantras to awaken the Self and deepen the meditative aspects of a physical yoga practice. Mantra yoga is an exact way to engage the mind through focusing on sound, duration and number of repetitions. Japa is a Sanskrit word for the act of repeating mantras. The purpose of mantra chanting in yoga is to generate vibrations and connect with the universe. Each mantra is special and rich with spiritual energy.
In yoga, refers both to the place in which a practitioner sits and the posture in which he or she sits. Students will gain deep knowledge on yoga postures and they will apply in yogic life to increase their strength, flexibility and discipline.
