Course Overview: Shiva Tattva Yoga School offers 2 Weeks Beginners Yoga Teachers Training course in Rishikesh India in the heart of World Capital of Yoga. Our 2 weeks Yoga TTC program is based on beginner level certified yoga teachers training course where various layer of meditation and pranayama along with introductory level of all styles of asana and body cleansing will be unfolded at our serene valley of the foothills of Himalaya.

Our 2 weeks Yoga TTC program is programmed in such a way that the participants mind and body cleansing followed by meditation practice of multi style Asana like hatha, kundalini, astanaga - Vinyasa,Iyenger style, Pranayama, Manta chanting, Kriyas along with our ongoing certified yoga teachers training students. This course can be gateway to understand the course structure of professional yoga teacher training of 200 hour TTC course which we conduct with affiliation of Yoga Alliance®‎. During this two week journey there will mind and body detoxification topping up with two traditional Ayurvedic massages, deep relaxation sessions while discovering the benefits of yoga and meditation. Explore the warm hospitality of Rishikesh at Shiva Tattva Yoga in the lap of mystic valley of Himalaya at our cosy accommodation with delicious sattvik / vegetarian meal and day excursion on free days.

  • All participants should fulfill the registration formality and submit required information and yoga course fee before they start yoga course.

  • All participants should come to class at least five minutes before schedule.
  • All participants should follow all disciplines of Shiva Tattva Yoga School .For any misbehavior with another teacher or participants will be assumed as breaking the law of institution.
  • There is no extra activity allowed in yoga class. All personal discussion and gossip can be taken in the spare time.
  • Shiva Tattva Yoga doesn’t encourage the religious discussion is a comparative way that not allowed in yoga institute. “we believe that god is one and he stays inside the human being”
  • If anybody is going outside from the school at free time, we expect he/she should be present till 9p.m.
  • It is highly restricted not to smoke/alcohol in the yoga school or even in the rooms.
  • Before departure the participants must all dues and return all library books.
